Area Sales Leader at Magna Prime Chemical Technologies Inc. The Area Sales Leader will be responsible for leading sales activities, managing a team, conducting training sessions, negotiating deals, and ensuring effective communication with clients.
An Area Sales Leader is responsible for overseeing the overall area performance and its development. Attain the set Sales target.
Execute strategic sales plan, program and activity. Responsible to conduct monthly business review with DSP. Submission of Weekly Highlight report to be submitted to GTD.
Endorse operational issues of support team (Supply chain, Credit and Collection). Attain of KRA/KPI ( DSP and Distributor). Execute area tactical objective and action plan.
Review of DSP KRA/ KPI. Analyze and manage distributor inventory report per month. Review of sell out report to be submitted to GTD on a monthly basis.
Monthly Sales review with DSP. Collection of Direct customer of MPCTI. Endorse of prospect distributors.
Develop new customers with DSP. Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales generation. Endorse DES, RFCM, RGAS for GTD approval.
Visit all trade accounts. Fill up credit/upgrade sheet. Review KPI of Distributors.
Review of Class A, B and C accounts. Request BPP for approval of GTD. Train DSP.
Check if good warehouse keeping is practiced. Execute efficient and effective operations and logistics. Conduct seminars and training to stores and customers.
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentQualificationsBachelor's Degree Holder (Any 4 year course - Business Related)Preferably with experience in Sales and Marketing with at least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in General TradePreferable a resident in Benguet (Baguio City/La Trinidad)Willing to do field work across Benguet ProvinceProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Analytical Skills, Communication, and Sales skills
