Main Job Description:
Beverage Quality & Consistency
Prepare coffee to the highest standard, ensuring consistent taste, temperature, and presentation.
Follow and adjust brew recipes for espresso and filter methods based on bean profiles and seasonality.
Customer Experience
Provide friendly, informed service and educate customers about coffee origins and brewing methods.
Create a welcoming environment and handle customer feedback professionally.
Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Assist customers with menu selections and provide product recommendations.
Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems.
Serve food and beverages to tables promptly and professionally.
Handle guest concerns or complaints courteously and promptly escalate to the manager if necessary.
Inventory Management
Monitor stock of coffee, milk, and supplies.
Restock utensils, condiments, and dining supplies as needed.
Service
Ensure tables are clean, sanitized, and properly set before and after each guest.
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, condiment stations, and beverage counters.
Assist in packaging takeout or delivery orders as needed.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
Support other team members during busy shifts and perform other tasks as assigned
