Job Description:

Are you ready to take your BPO career to the next level? Were looking for dynamic and driven professionals to join our Cebu Operations Team across multiple key roles:

  • Team Lead / Subject Matter Expert (SME) (40 FTEs)

    • Oversee daily team performance, provide coaching, and ensure KPIs are met

    • Act as a knowledge resource and process expert for frontline agents

  • Quality Analyst (QA) (20 FTEs)

    • Monitor and evaluate calls/chats/emails to ensure quality and compliance

    • Provide actionable feedback to improve customer experience and service delivery

  • Trainer / Coach (30 FTEs)

    • Facilitate new hire training, upskill tenured agents, and drive performance improvements

    • Develop engaging training materials and assess learning effectiveness

  • Workforce Management (WFM) (50 FTEs)

    • Handle forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management to optimize staffing levels

    • Collaborate with operations to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
