OverviewWere looking for a Senior Research Associate to join our R&D team focused on driving innovation in crop management and improvement. This role plays a vital part in supporting breeding programs, farming operations, and commercial goals through research, protocol development, and the integration of modern agricultural technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support day-to-day operations of Crop Reseatch Technology programs

Plan, execute, monitor, and document research trials related to crop management and productivity

Analyze and interpret data from research trials; prepare clear, actionable reports

Facilitate the transfer of new technologies and protocols to farming teams and stakeholders

Stay up to date with industry trends, including mechanization and digital agriculture tools, and recommend innovations

Ensure research compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards

Manage and mentor junior staff, allocating work and ensuring high performance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support R&D objectivesQualificationsBSc/MSc in Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Breeding, Crop Physiology, Soil Science, Plant Pathology, or Agricultural EngineeringWork Experience: 5-8 years, MS: 3-5 years

Strong working knowledge of horticultural practices, genetics, and breeding methods

Comfortable with fieldwork, screen house, and lab settings

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Understanding of published scientific protocols and experimental design

Skilled in data analysis and use of common computer programs (Excel, statistical tools, etc.)Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional integrity

Effective communication and collaboration with researchers and cross-functional teams
