About the RoleWe are looking for a mid-level Senior Accountant to oversee our financial operations across entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while supporting the management team with clear reporting and insights. Work hours: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM Manila TimeWork set-up: RemoteWhat youll do

Manage the finance inbox and address financial and administrative inquiries promptly. Record, organize, and maintain invoices and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Oversee and execute payments to suppliers and other financial obligations, managing both payables and receivables effectively.

Perform reconciliations of payments and receipts, ensuring all transactions are accurately reflected. Assist the accounting team with month-end closing, tax filings, and ensuring overall compliance with tax regulations. What

You BringBachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting

Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with XeroExperience working with multi-entity companies and strong understanding of accounting concepts

Previous experience in e-commerce is a plus

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude

Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
