Job Description Leads the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing plans to drive long-term growth and profitability for the business unit. Oversees operational activities including territory management, product promotion, and distribution network optimization.

Manages financial performance by monitoring budgets, analyzing sales data, and ensuring revenue targets are met. Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, distributors, and government agencies. Coaches and develops district managers and sales teams to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals.

The Successful Applicant A successful Business Unit Head (Cardiometabolic) should have: Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a strong advantage. A track record of leadership experience in the cardiometabolic segment (e.g., diabetes, hypertension) within the Philippine pharmaceutical industry. Demonstrates national-level expertise in both sales and marketing, with a proven ability to launch and scale brands.

Exhibits strong strategic thinking, people leadership, and cross-functional alignment capabilities. Skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship-building across healthcare, distribution, and regulatory networks.
