The Role Were hiring a Chief Commercial Officer to own revenue growth across direct and indirect channels, build a high-performance commercial engine, and position PopAI among the fastest-growing AI companies in Asia. Youll set GTM strategy, lead the field & inside sales orgs, develop partner ecosystems, and drive pricing/margin discipline—backed by rigorous forecasting and CRM hygiene.

What Youll Do Revenue & GTM Leadership Own new ARR/bookings, NRR/expansion, and gross margin targets across SMB and enterprise.

Craft and execute multi-channel GTM (direct BPO, partner-led via SIs/consultancies, co-sell with BPOs to their end clients, and select direct enterprise). Build/scale a quota-carrying sales org, SDR/BDR motion, partner management, and
