Cost Monitoring Engineer

This position is for SharePro Inc. a Filinvest subsidiary Updating of budget report Update budget report for every awarded contract packages, Change Orders, Purchase Order;Update budget report for every Contract Listing, Variation

Order Listing;Re-allocate budget for OSM as basis of reference by E-procurement/External CM; Re-alignment of new Budget report based on the updated monitoring format Preparation of monthly budget report / New Budget Report Template. Budget re-allocation and reconciliation Coordinate with other departments (Business Development, Accounting, Planning, Construction Management, Contract Admin) regarding re-allocation of budget as necessary; Reconciliation of Budget Report Monitoring with Accounting/Contract Admin/Planning records. Coordination on Budget Issues Coordination with other departments (Business Development, Accounting, Planning, Construction Management, Contract Admin) regarding budget issues and concerns Unit Cost and PR Monitoring and Approval Providing estimated unit cost for the OSM, and coordination with respective departments for the possible re-allocation of budget for the OSM.Monitoring, checking, and approval of PR in E-proc.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering College GraduateFresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Can also have 1 year of working experience. Licensed Civil Engineer
