Develop and enhance credit strategies, policies, manuals, and risk frameworks
Lead data-driven credit assessment methodologies and tools
Monitor portfolio risk and implement early warning mechanisms
Drive fraud prevention initiatives to maintain asset quality
Support credit-related projects, data analysis, and daily operations
The Successful ApplicantA successful Credit Risk manager should have:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field5+ years of experience in credit approval or strategy in banking/finance
Deep understanding of Hong Kong's SME loan market and regulations
Trade Finance and E-commerce experience is a plus
Proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy with strong interpersonal skills
