Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email, depending on account assignment

  • Provide accurate, efficient, and empathetic service to resolve customer issues

  • Document customer interactions and update systems accordingly

  • Follow standard procedures, scripts, and quality guidelines

  • Work collaboratively with peers and leaders to meet performance targets

🔹 Qualifications:
  • Must be at least a High School Graduate (K-12 / SHS accepted)

  • With at least 6 months of BPO experience (voice or non-voice)

  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Must be willing to work on-site

  • Amenable to shifting schedules, including night shifts and holidays
