OverviewNIRAS is looking for an experienced Environmental Impact Assessment Manager (ECC) based in Manila, Philippines, to lead ECC delivery for energy and large infrastructure projects, with a focus on Offshore Wind and renewable energy. ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery and management of Environmental Compliance Certificates (ECC). Coordinate in-house experts and external suppliers on their delivery.

Quality assure technical reports in English and/or Tagalog. Quality assure and manage suppliers. Interface with ESIA delivery teams (overseas).

RequirementsBachelor in environmental science or equivalent. At least 10 years of work experience in Environmental Compliance Certificates (ECC). Proven project leader or team leader skills.

Excellent organization skills and goal-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel within the Philippines. Plus / PreferredExperience working on ESIA in renewable energy projects.

Ability to work in a complex and fast-moving environment. Project Management Certification (PMP or others). What we offer
