Our Client The client is a leading multinational real estate company working with global clients. Job Description Develop and implement finance transformation strategies to optimize processes and systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for financial improvement and efficiency. Oversee the integration of new technologies to enhance accounting and finance operations. Provide leadership in aligning financial processes with organizational goals.

Monitor and evaluate the success of financial transformation initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Act as a key advisor to senior management on financial transformation efforts.

Lead and mentor teams to achieve project objectives effectively. The Successful Applicant Completed a Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA, CMA, MBA, and/or Six Sigma certification is preferred.

At least 10-15 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on large-scale transformation project. At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role. Must have experience in shared services company.

Proven expertise in implementing financial systems and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
