We need a Customer Experience specialist who's obsessed with crafting the perfect user journey. Someone who lives and breathes intuitive design, understands how to make complex AI feel effortless, and isn't satisfied until every interaction is flawless.
This is a full-time commitment—not a part-time gig. We're looking for someone who wants to dedicate themselves to perfecting customer experiences, not juggle multiple projects.
This role puts you at the forefront of AI product design. You'll join early, create interfaces that thousands use daily, and grow into a key design voice as we scale.

What You'll Actually Design & Build✓ AI conversation interfaces: Design how users interact with AI agents—from chat interfaces to voice visualization. Make complex AI feel simple and intuitive.
✓ Dashboard experiences: Create data-rich dashboards that help businesses understand their AI assistants' performance without overwhelming them.
✓ User flows that convert: Map customer journeys, design onboarding that sticks, create interfaces that turn visitors into users.
✓ Design systems that scale: Build component libraries in Figma that developers love, maintain consistency across web and mobile.
✓ Rapid prototypes—with real code: This isn't just Figma wireframes. Use AI code assistants like Cursor to prototype first drafts of actual applications. Turn your designs into working prototypes using TypeScript/React/Next.js.
✓ Perfect the customer journey with AI: Work directly with our AI agents, talk to them, test them, refine them. Shape experiences that didn't exist before AI—this is product design for a new era.
You're Our Person If You…MUST-HAVES:
Have 1-3+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio
Are a Figma expert (components, auto-layout, prototyping, variants, design systems)
Understand user research, wireframing, and interaction design principles
Can create pixel-perfect designs that developers can actually build
Collaborate well with technical teams to understand constraints and possibilities
Have an eye for modern, clean aesthetics and micro-interactions
Are obsessed with customer experience—you don't rest until the journey is perfect
BIG BONUS (but not required):
Can code in TypeScript/React/Next.js—imagine designing in Figma, then using Cursor to build your own working prototypes
Comfortable using AI coding assistants to rapidly iterate and bring designs to life
Experience designing for AI products, chatbots, or voice interfaces
Technical Skills We're Looking For
MUST-HAVES:
› Figma mastery (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems)
› Strong visual design skills (typography, color, layout, spacing)
› User research and testing experience
› Responsive and mobile design understanding
› Portfolio showing real shipped products
NICE-TO-HAVES (Major Plus):
› TypeScript, React, Next.js experience—ability to code your own prototypes
› Experience with AI coding assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
› Front-end development skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
› Experience with Framer, Webflow, or no-code tools
› Animation and micro-interaction design (Lottie, After Effects)
› Data visualization and dashboard design
› AI/conversational interface design experience
› Design system creation and documentation
How You'll WorkThis role goes beyond traditional UI/UX design:
• Design in Figma, then use Cursor and AI assistants to build functional prototypes in TypeScript/React/Next.js
• Work directly with CTO, PM, and team leads to understand technical requirements and product vision
• Talk to our AI agents, test them, refine them—shape the customer journey in ways that weren't possible before AI
• Iterate rapidly based on real user feedback and ship weekly
• Partner with developers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation
• Help shape product direction with your design and customer experience expertise
