About the role

HIGHPOINT PROPERTY VENTURES IND. CORP. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Treasury Head to join our team in Cebu Central Visayas. As the Treasury Head, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial operations, ensuring efficient cash flow management and optimising the organisation's liquidity position. This full-time position is a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of our Residential Sales business.

What you'll be doing

1. Oversee and manage all treasury functions, including cash management, investment portfolios, risk management, and foreign exchange transactions

2. Develop and implement effective strategies to manage the company's liquidity, leverage, and capital structure

3. Monitor and analyse financial market trends, identifying opportunities and risks to inform decision-making

4. Collaborate with the finance team to prepare accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts, and budgets

5. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies

6. Lead and mentor a team of treasury professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

7. Contribute to the development and execution of the company's long-term financial strategy

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management, preferably in the real estate or property development industry

2. Strong financial acumen and expertise in cash management, risk management, and investment strategies

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data

4. Proven track record of leading and motivating a team of treasury professionals

5. Thorough understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and industry best practices

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels

7. Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as treasury management systems and cash forecasting models
