Head of Sales

Job Description The Head of Sales drives the companys growth in retail electricity and renewable energy markets by leading strategic sales initiatives, ensuring regulatory alignment, and delivering customer-focused solutions. This role oversees national sales planning, demand generation, and market positioning while leveraging insights from EPIRA and WESM to create competitive commercial offers.

Working closely with internal teams—such as Energy Trading, Regulatory, Operations, and Corporate Communications—and building strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders, the Head of Sales ensures seamless execution from lead generation to service delivery. The role also represents the company in industry events and regulatory forums, advocates for market reforms, and manages a high-performing sales team with a culture of innovation, accountability, and service excellence. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).

With 8-10 years of proven sales, business development, or marketing leadership, ideally in energy, utilities, or renewables. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, and ability to craft executive-level reports and presentations. Familiarity in CRM or customer experience systems is desirable.
