About the role

We are looking for a dedicated customer service professional to join our growing team at AUXILIA INC in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time healthcare non-voice role, offering a competitive salary of up to 25,000 PHP per month and the opportunity for new graduates to start their careers.

What youll be doing

1. Providing excellent customer service and support to clients via email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels

2. Responding to inquiries, handling complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions

4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

5. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of customer service initiatives

What were looking for

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and connect with customers

2. Excellent written English proficiency and the ability to articulate complex information clearly

3. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to provide effective solutions

4. Basic knowledge of the healthcare industry or a willingness to learn

5. Familiarity with customer service software and tools (desirable)
