POSITION OVERVIEW

The HR and Admin Assistant is a dynamic and essential role that primarily focuses on driving the companys recruitment and selection process. This position provides critical support for a wide range of HR and administrative functions, including training coordination, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all departments.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment & Consignment Hiring
  • Facilitates and manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, with a primary focus on hiring store personnel.

  • Conducts initial screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure the selection of high-caliber candidates who align with company standards and partner requirements.

  • Oversees all personnel movements, including regular staff and consignment sales associates—transfer and separation to update other concerned departments through our NOEM (Notice of Employee Movement).

Training & Development
  • Delivers training on Retail Sales and Operations - direct hires and sales associates, including store rules, regulations, and customer service modules, ensuring a smooth and informative onboarding experience.

  • Coordinates training needs and assists in designing development interventions to upskill employees to desired levels of productivity.

HR & Employee Relations
  • Processes and prepares a variety of human resources forms and documents, including memos, notices, and disciplinary letters.

  • Attends to employees internal issues and concerns, providing coaching and counseling as needed to foster a positive work environment.

  • Ensures all employment contracts are up-to-date and compliant with company policies and applicable labor laws.

  • Administers disciplinary actions in accordance with company rules and regulations.

Administration & Compliance
  • Manages the processing and renewal of business permits for the Head Office and various branches.

  • Submits required documents to local government units for compliance and attends to DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) and other mandatory concerns.

  • Assists in processing Maintenance Work Request Forms (MWRF).

  • Monitors and updates department records and files, ensuring they are complete and organized.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field.

  • With at least 1 year of related experience is required, with a proven track record in recruitment and hiring, particularly in a retail or sales environment.

  • Genuine interest in HR, with experience in employee relations and administration.

  • Must be people-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Must be able to work from Monday to Friday in Parañaque City.
