HR Compliance Assistant
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with DOLE and OSH requirements.
Liaise with corporate legal counsel as needed.
Represent the company in labor-related proceedings.
Conduct and document employee exit interviews.
Coordinate government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
Assist in processing other employee benefits.
Qualifications:1. Preferably with a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Major in Human Resources, or any related courses.
With 2 to 5 years of experience in an HR role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and government compliance processes.
Highly organized, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
