Talent Acquisition
Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job postings
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs
Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and recruitment campaigns
Human Resources
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support the administration of employee benefits and government-mandated contributions
Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
Support employee engagement and training initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in recruitment and general HR functions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Proficiency with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage
