HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job postings

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs

  • Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and recruitment campaigns

Human Resources

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

  • Support the administration of employee benefits and government-mandated contributions

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes

  • Support employee engagement and training initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Proven experience in recruitment and general HR functions

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good organizational and time-management abilities

  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

  • Proficiency with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage
