**Qualifications** IT Grad Atleast 1 year experience in Technical **Responsibilities** Responsible for providing technical support, including the installation, maintenance, and repairing of company and multi-vendor systems. Provide technical support for hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems. Break/fix of laptops, desktops, basic network devices. - Help customers with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software to provide constant usability of equipment and software Identify, analyze, troubleshoot and fix peripheral equipment and handhelds. Responsible for hardware upgrades: moves, adds, changes in a laptop and desktop environment. Execute repairs and part replacements on desktops, laptops and tablets. - Identify and recommend improvements to the overall IT infrastructure. Experienced with replacing hardware components in desktop computers in a professional environment.
