JOB DESCRIPTION:
Is responsible for the upkeep and repair of facilities, equipment, and machinery to ensure that everything operates smoothly and efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably with NCII
- Previous experience in maintenance.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- With good physical stamina, including lifting heavy objects.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performing Repairs: Fixing plumbing issues, electrical problems, and mechanical failures to maintain operational efficiency.
- Routine Maintenance: Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities to prevent breakdowns.
- Cleaning and Upkeep: Ensuring that the premises are clean and well-maintained, this may include general cleaning tasks.
- Responding to Maintenance Request: Addressing maintenance requests from staff or tenants promptly and effectively.
