Marketing Associate

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• With at least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or a similar role

• Knowledgeable in Canva and Microsoft Office

• Can work independently and as a part of a team

• Detail-oriented

Job Description:

1. Campaign Management:

• Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels.

• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve future marketing efforts.

2. Event Planning & Coordination:

• Plan and coordinate events, including mall shows, photoshoots, and other promotional activities.

• Manage logistics, timelines, and budgets for events.

• Work closely with artists, partners, and influencers to ensure successful event execution.

• Monitor event performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

3. OOH Advertising Monitoring:

• Oversee the placement and coordination of OOH advertising campaigns.

• Work with external partners to ensure ads are displayed correctly and on schedule.

4. Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand growth.

• Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support marketing strategies.

6. Administrative Support:

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing timelines, and organizing marketing assets.

• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and performance
