OD Officer (Employee Engagement)
Position Overview:The Organizational Development Officer plays a key role in advancing the goals of the Culture & Strategy Management Unit. This position is responsible for helping to design, align, and implement various tools, programs, and processes that shape the organizations culture, communication approach, and business strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesCulture Development & Program Execution
Develop frameworks and interventions that support business objectives.
Assist in the creation and rollout of engagement tools, solutions, and processes.
Encourage employee involvement in engagement activities.
Partner with teams to gather and analyze engagement data.
Stay updated on best practices in organizational culture development.
Employee Relations & Event Coordination
Organize and deliver strategy cascades, recognition programs, and wellness events.
Liaise with vendors and oversee procurement activities.
Prepare event guidelines and ensure proper documentation.
Internal Communications
Produce communication materials for organizational changes and new initiatives.
Oversee communications related to performance and engagement programs.
Strategy Support
Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and strategic planning.
Conduct research and benchmarking within the industry.
Additional Duties
Take on other tasks as needed to help achieve departmental objectives.
Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
Minimum of four (4) years experience in Human Resources, specifically in employee engagement and organizational development/effectiveness.
Background in organizational design, organizational review, and change management is required.
Willingness to travel for offsite assignments as needed.
Open to a hybrid work arrangement based in Ortigas, Pasig.
