Performance Marketing & Ticketing Manager

A top-priority position with onboarding expected in the next two weeks. The role operates on PST/EST time slips and blends creativity, data, and purpose to scale events, optimize campaigns, and create seamless ticketing experiences.

• Own the Paid Media Game Plan: Lead strategy across Meta, Google, and programmatic ads; manage budgets; collaborate with the creative team to test new ideas, assets, and formats; monitor ad performance and ensure deliverables meet KPI tracker goals.
• Master the Ticketing Flow: Set up and manage ticketing platforms such as TicketSocket or TicketTailor; integrate ticketing with CRMs and contact management systems; keep the workflow smooth across emails, creatives, and purchase flows.
• Optimize, Report, Repeat: Track and share ROAS, conversions, and key insights; experiment constantly to improve the ticket‑buying journey; report back to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations; track, manage, update, and report KPIs regularly.

• Proven online ticket or event sales success with demonstrable wins.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and performance dashboards.
• Hands‑on with ticketing platforms and CRM integrations.
• Data‑driven: you turn reports into action.
