The Role

• Strong React + TypeScript development experience.
• Hands-on PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) development.
• Solid understanding of Model-driven Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Familiarity with C#/.NET plugins, custom connectors, and REST/OData APIs.
• Experience with Power Platform ALM (solution packaging, deployment pipelines).

Nice-to-have:

• Power BI, Power Automate experience.
• Azure DevOps familiarity.

Focus:

• We need developers who embrace humility + professional will — confident in their skills but realistic in assessing them.
• Must show disciplined thought: choosing scalable, maintainable solutions (Dataverse/PCF) over quick fixes (SharePoint/Canvas).

Work Schedule

• Must be willing to work Tues-Sat 5AM-2PM Manila Time

Work Location

• Home-based
• Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
• Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
