Job DescriptionLead and manage quality compliance operations within the healthcare department. Oversee program management initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Maintain a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal performance and productivity. Collaborate with internal teams to drive operational excellence. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders. Prepare and deliver regular reports on program and quality compliance operations. Will manage a team of 10.

The Successful ApplicantBachelors Degree. Experience with Gantt Charts and Quality Management is a must. At least 8 years of experience in program management and quality compliance operations in a highly regulated environment.

At least 2 years of previous people management or lead experience. Experienced managing cross-functional projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Can be based in Metro Manila or in Cebu, depending on where the individual is residing. Willing to work on a work from home setup with 2x a month onsite office reporting.
