Core Functions:Project Leadership & Oversight - Direct all phases of facade project execution, from mobilization, planning, and scheduling to completion and turnover.
Stakeholder & Team Management - Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring strong coordination with clients, consultants, and senior management.
Quality, Safety & Compliance - Guarantee project compliance with industry standards, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols specific to facade construction.
Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field (Licensed preferred).
10+ years of intensive experience in Facade / Glass & Aluminum industry, with at least 5 years in a Project Manager role.
Strong background in facade systems, curtain walls, cladding, and glass & aluminum fabrication/installation.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Deep knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and client management within the facade industry.
