Reports Analyst Lead

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation, analysis, and delivery of recruitment and HR-related reports

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports using advanced Excel and BI tools

  • Partner with stakeholders in Talent Acquisition and HR to gather reporting requirements

  • Translate raw data into meaningful insights to support decision-making and process improvements

  • Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy across all reports and dashboards

  • Provide ad hoc reporting and data analysis as needed by leadership and operations

  • Train and mentor junior team members in reporting best practices and tools

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and internal reporting standards

✅ Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in any 4-year course

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Reports Analyst, preferably in an HR or Talent Acquisition environment

  • Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, macros, etc.)

  • Working knowledge of SQL, VBA, or Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly preferred

  • Familiarity with Talent Acquisition systems (ATS, HRIS, or other recruitment platforms)

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace tools

  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

  • Must be amenable to report onsite to both Pasig and Taguig locations

  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
