About the role

Trancendental Relection Restaurant Group is searching for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Guiguinto Bulacan. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a smooth-running kitchen.

What youll be doing

• Managing and motivating a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver an outstanding dining experience

• Overseeing inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximise profitability

• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations

• Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

• Assisting with the training and development of new team members

• Collaborating with the management team to implement new initiatives and improve overall operations

What were looking for

• Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proficiency in inventory management and cost control

• Working knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry

• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
