Route Planning SPL

The Route Planning Specialist is responsible for overseeing nationwide ECO sack distribution, monitoring usage across all branches, and ensuring accurate and efficient stock transfers. The role includes analyzing consumption data, managing pending/lost sacks, training new members on ESG and operational processes, and coordinating with underperforming regions to drive efficiency and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  2. At least 2 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics monitoring, or inventory management.

  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  4. Experience in data analysis, reporting, and trend monitoring.

  5. Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and other reporting tools.

  6. Knowledge in RFID and scanning systems is an advantage.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. ECO Sack Transfer & Distribution Monitoring

  • Gather and consolidate available stock data from all sources.

  • Calculate daily/weekly consumption of all Distribution Centers (DC) and Branch Centers (BC).

  • Determine and allocate stock for equal distribution among branches and maintain a balance of available stocks.

  • Release transfer task numbers for Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

  • Track and validate daily bag opening inputs and transfer outputs from DCs/BCs.

  • Generate performance grades and rankings per DC/BC/Region.

2. Performance Management

  • Identify low-performing regions in bag opening operations and coordinate corrective actions.

  • Provide continuous support to ensure 100% compliance and efficiency in ECO sack usage.

3. Pending/Lost ECO Sack Management

  • Consolidate and monitor nationwide pending/lost ECO sack data.

  • Summarize and plot trend reports for management visibility.

  • Identify top contributors to pending cases and analyze root causes (last scan, mis-scans, etc.).

  • Coordinate processing of pending cases and arrange rescanning of mis-scanned items.

4. Training & Development

  • Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new members on:

  • ESG principles: Green Packaging & Green Transportation.

  • ECO Sack process flow and scanning procedures.

  • RFID best practices and implementation.

5. Nationwide Implementation Support

  • Ensure alignment and implementation of ECO Sack processes in all regions: NCR, Luzon, BSL, WVA, CDO, and DVO.

  • Provide monitoring support and reinforce compliance across branches nationwide.
