Position: Sales and Support ManagerPotential Salary Range: Php 80,000 - Php 85,000 per month plus incentives
ServiceSeeking.com.au is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with at least 5 years of experience to lead our Manila-based telesales and customer support teams. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.
We need a leader who can combine strategic sales acumen, hands-on coaching, and change management to strengthen our team's performance and align with company objectives - all while effectively managing in a virtual environment.
Applicant should be based in NCR (National Capital Region), Bulacan, Antipolo, Laguna, or Cavite
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
Develop and execute a Promotional calendar.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to maximize performance.
Monitor sales metrics and analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Foster strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Customer Support:
Oversee the customer support team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Implement support processes and procedures to enhance customer experience.
Handle escalated customer enquiries and complaints effectively.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Oversee the use of ticket systems for tracking and managing customer inquiries.
Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound call activities to maintain service quality.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and mentor team members to build a high-performing sales and support team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Create a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
Strategic Planning:
This position reports directly to the General Manager.
Contribute to the development of business strategies and goals.
Identify market trends and opportunities to drive business growth.
Develop and manage budgets for sales and support activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and customer support management, with a track record of leading teams to success.
Leadership: Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and influencing both internal teams and external clients.
Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize sales and support performance.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and sales support tools; familiarity with ticketing systems and customer service platforms. Experience with HubSpot is highly preferred.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
5+ years of experience in sales, telesales, or business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated success in change management and implementing new processes.
Strong background in telesales management, customer support, and service recovery/escalation. Call center experience is a strong advantage, but not required.
HubSpot CRM (or equivalent) experience required — confident in using pipelines, deals, and reporting.
Data-driven, with strong skills in interpreting dashboards, KPIs, and CRM analytics.
Excellent communication skills — empathetic, adaptable, and skilled in difficult conversations.
Track record of coaching individuals and building accountable, high-performing teams.
