Sales Executive

 OVERALL MANDATES

The Sales Executive provide the highest level of engagement and client service excellence for target institutions and deepen key relationships in target markets.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receives and processes all requirements of all institutional customers.

  • Prepares all sales orders using ERP system i.e. Netsuite and provides delivery schedule to Supply Chain.

  • Coordinator between SFC/TOFC and all institutional customers:

For new products - coordinates with the R&D department, production people and the management if such product is feasible or not; prepares costing and price analysis if needed

For accounting concerns- attends to all customers concerns regarding invoices/delivery receipts, assists our Accounting/Finance department in following up of payments

For quality concerns- coordinates deviation from standards with both parties QAs if such occurs

For delivery concerns- ensures that target delivery dates and quantities are met, complies with the customers request and ensures that loading schedules are being met (for Vismin loadings)

  • Informs production people priority items to be produced as requested by the customers

  • Attends and pacify the customers complaints and forwards it to the personnel concerned to arrest the problem

  • Provides management monthly target sales for institutional customers and ensures that sales target is being met.

  • Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports for the top management.

  • Provides Supply Chain and Production departments with annual forecast of institutional customers and calibrates monthly forecast every 3rd week of the month.

  • Prepare forecast analysis for Institutional customers submitted to top management and ensure that target forecast is being met.

  • Scouts prospective customers/competitor/new products.

  • Manages, collaborate, create and assist in the social media pages of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree Marketing/Business Management or equivalent

  2. Required skills: good communication, negotiation, presentation and analytical skills

  3. Preferably with working experience in the food manufacturing industry

  4. Exceptional attention to detail and a work ethic based upon a strong desire to exceed expectations.
