Key account service owner: develops customer service strategies, ensures successful delivery of key projects and cyber security, is responsible for the achievement of installed base operations and service order and revenue targets of key accounts, and is responsible for the satisfaction of key accounts.
Job Responsibilities
Gain insight into key accounts and develop service strategies that meet key accounts' characteristics and requirements.
Undertake the service order and revenue sales targets of the corresponding industry of key accounts, formulate the service product sales plan, develop service products such as maintenance and implementation services, and be responsible for the achievement of the service order and revenue targets of key accounts.
Identifies Key Account service requirements and pain points, explores service opportunities, proactively participates in pre-sales project support, and supports market expansion projects.
Establish and maintain service relationships with key accounts, collect VOCs, drive the resolution of customer technical issues and complaints, and improve customer satisfaction.
Ensure the success of key projects and major network changes of key accounts, ensure that the service quality meets customer requirements, and improve customer perception.
According to the Key Account service plan, regularly hold customer service talks and submit service briefings to proactive customer care actions, and establish a good customer relationship platform.
Preferred Qualifications
You have 5+ years of hands-on experience working with ICT handling Datacom Projects.
You are familiar in ICT infrastructure, such as network, storage, computing, and operating systems, Cloud .
You are good at building and maintaining customer relationships.
You have a very good understanding of, but not limited to, IT Infrastructure and IT Operations
You are self-motivated, innovative and analytical with strong attention to detail and the ability to think laterally for problem solving
You are able to meet deadlines and changing priorities.
