Job Description:Filholland Corporation is seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee and manage service operations at our Bacolod branch. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and expertise in heavy equipment maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:►Supervise daily service operations, including diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of heavy equipment and machinery.►Lead and train service technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.►Coordinate with clients to address service requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide after-sales support.►Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards.►Manage service schedules, assign tasks, and oversee job completion.►Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and inventory of parts and tools.►Collaborate with the sales and parts department to support business operations.►Identify process improvements to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:►Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) preferred.►Technical knowledge of heavy equipment (construction, agricultural, or industrial machinery).►Automotive skills or technical expertise in machinery repair is an advantage.►Proven experience in service operations, preferably in the heavy equipment or automotive industry.►Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.►Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.►Willing to travel for on-site service coordination and inspections.
