We are seeking an organized and results-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our logistics warehouse. This role ensures that all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company standards. •             Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

•             Ensure accurate inventory management and regular stock-taking.

•             Monitor workflow to meet operational targets and deadlines.

•             Implement safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

•             Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth supply chain processes.

•             Train, motivate, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.

•             Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

•             Address and resolve any warehouse-related issues or discrepancies.

•             Graduate of any four-year course (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields).

•             At least 1 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding industry.

•             Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

•             Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
