Job Description:Your Responsibilities:Providing support 24x7x365 in a follow the Sun model, collaborating with offices in Canada and Australia.

Handling support requests from resellers, staying updated on features, and providing level two diagnoses and resolutions on our Platform. Triaging issues to internal and external teams, ensuring resolution within OLAs, and advocating for customers with Engineering, Development, and vendors. Monitoring systems, recognizing alerts, and responding within 5 minutes during working hours (Event Management).

Responding to service outages and performance issues by moderating conference calls and engaging Triage teams for quick resolution (Incident Management). Maintaining knowledgebase articles to optimize support efficiency. Driving operational improvements and efficiency.

Requirements:2+ years in Technical Support or similar roles. Experience with Webservers (Apache, IIS) and Databases (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL). Experience with Monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Monitis).

Strong knowledge of Application Protocols (DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP). Basic understanding of Linux environments. Knowledge of APIs and web services (JSON, REST, OAuth).

Experience with Microsoft technologies (.NET, SQL, SharePoint, TFS). Web Technologies: . NET Framework 3.5+, ASP.Net, C#, CSS, XML, JavaScript, Visual Studio, TFS/JIRA, IIS, FTP, Web Services.

Optional: Monitoring/logging tools, JIRA, Confluence, Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell, PHP), virtualization (Docker, Kubernetes). Willingness to work some weekends. Strong customer service orientation, eagerness to learn, and excellent communication skills in French & English.

Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player. Nice to have:ITIL and Microsoft Azure certifications. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, scripting, virtualization, and the CloudBlue Commerce platform.
