Requirements:

• Any College Degree is required
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team handling insurance services/financial/banking account (Global Support BPO or Shared Services)
• Metrics/KPIs: Preferably with experience handling/monitoring metrics, e.g., CSAT, NPS, AHT, FCR
