JOB OPPORTUNITY: WAREHOUSE OFFICER (Construction Industry)
Location: Cebu City
We are urgently looking for a Warehouse Officer with solid experience in the construction industry. Candidates without relevant construction background will not be considered.
Core Responsibilities (3 Cores)
1. Inventory & Materials Management - Ensure accurate receiving, storage, issuance, and documentation of construction materials and supplies.
2. Warehouse Operations & Compliance - Implement efficient warehouse systems, maintain safety standards, and oversee manpower within the warehouse.
3. Reporting & Coordination - Provide timely inventory reports, coordinate with procurement, project sites, and management to ensure smooth material flow.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Proper monitoring and control of all construction materials.
On-time availability of requested items at project sites.
Compliance with company standards in warehousing and safety.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
100% accuracy in inventory records vs. actual count.
On-time issuance of materials requested by project teams.
Zero tolerance for warehouse-related delays, losses, or discrepancies.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Warehouse Officer in the construction industry.
Knowledge of supply chain and warehouse management best practices.
Strong leadership, organizational, and reporting skills.
