Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Create and curate compelling and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, tailored to each platform and audience
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions to build a loyal online community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement new strategies to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
• Coordinate with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to execute successful social media campaigns and collaborations.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to guidelines across all social media channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and Filipino, if applicable).
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in paid social media advertising.
• Graphic design skills and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience with video editing and content creation.
