Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, specializing in hiring Virtual Assistants (VAs). The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and onboarding remote professionals to support various business functions. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of remote work dynamics, and the ability to identify top-tier talent efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for Virtual Assistant roles.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates through various online platforms.
- Create job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant job boards and social media channels.
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate a seamless hiring and onboarding process for newly recruited VAs.
- Maintain an updated talent pipeline to meet business needs efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand role requirements and expectations.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools for candidate management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in virtual assistant hiring.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in virtual assistant or remote staffing.
- Strong knowledge of remote hiring platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and online job portals.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assess candidates technical and soft skills effectively.
