About the Role

We are looking for and Amazon Portfolio Coordinator, focusing on home decor products. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering essential data from Amazon platforms and third-party sites, consolidating and organizing the information, to create reports and dispersing it across Americanflat as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data from Amazon Vendor and Seller Central interfaces to track sales performance, inventory levels, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
• Utilize advanced Google Sheets formulas such as FILTER, XLOOKUP, QUERY, SORT, MATCH, and INDIRECT to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing sales strategies, pricing, and product offerings.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business initiatives, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular validation and quality checks.
• Stay updated on Amazon marketplace trends, policies, and best practices to inform data analysis and strategy development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with adding multiple new SKUs in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central via flat files.
• Demonstrated expertise in correcting and optimizing listings in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central via flat files.
• Experience in setting up or adjusting product variations in Seller Central or Vendor Central to improve product visibility and customer experience.
• Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central reports and proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data.
• Familiarity with conducting keyword research to optimize product listings for search engine visibility and performance.
• Experience with uploading images for a listing via Seller Central or Vendor Central
• Ability to effectively resolve issues and inquiries through Amazons Support system, with a focus on problem-solving and quick execution.
• Proficiency in analyzing data using Google Sheets, with a strong understanding of advanced formulas and functions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling large datasets.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and present findings to stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Role is strictly a 9:00am - 6:00pm EST schedule.
• Must have and own a pair of noise cancelling headsets
