Job Summary:

The Accounting Supervisor oversees financial reporting & cost accounting in a manufacturing setting. This role ensures compliance, budgeting, inventory valuation, and cost control to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage financial reporting, month-end closing, and compliance with GAAP

Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.

Ensure accurate sales accounting, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Lead and develop the accounting team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

CPA required with 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, and ERP systems (MSBC).

Excellent analytical and leadership skills.

Work Environment:

Office-based role with visits to production area (In Bulacan)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
