QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a computer graduate or any related course
• With related working experience in payroll processing, must be well versed in computer applications especially in Excel, with knowledge in mandated benefits computation such as withholding tax, SSS, Pag-Ibig/Philhealth contributions

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Payroll Processing

• Processes the payroll of monthly paid employees;
• Responsible in the loading of deductions;
• Updates the employees masterfile and employees account;
• Print/process the payroll journal;

Bank Transactions

• Prepares bank remittances;

Document Management

• Filing of payroll documents

Job Type: Full-time
