XL.net is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Admin team. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m CST.

Key Responsibilities1. Executive Support & Communication
- Provide high-level administrative support to the COO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit business correspondence, reports, and executive communications with a high degree of professionalism.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the COO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
- Draft briefing notes, meeting agendas, and executive summaries to support decision-making.
2. Calendar, Meeting & Travel Management
- Proactively manage the COOs dynamic calendar, balancing internal operations, client engagements, and leadership priorities.
- Coordinate high-level meetings, including cross-functional and client-facing sessions, ensuring proper preparation, logistics, and follow-ups.
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transport, and expense reporting.
3. Operational & Project Coordination
- Track and follow up on key operational initiatives and projects on behalf of the COO to ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with department leads to gather data, prepare reports, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Assist in preparing quarterly business reviews (QBRs), operational dashboards, and performance updates.
- Support COO in the development and documentation of internal processes and operational workflows.
4. HR Support (Backup Capacity)
- Provide backup administrative support to the HR team as needed, assisting with scheduling interviews, onboarding coordination, employee communications, and file management.
- Support company-wide initiatives such as performance reviews, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
- Help maintain accurate employee records and assist in ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
5. Confidentiality & Discretion
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute integrity and discretion.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the COO, maintaining a high level of awareness and confidentiality regarding company strategy and decision-making.
6. Culture & Team Support
- Help facilitate a positive team culture by supporting internal communications, events, and initiatives driven by the COO.
- Assist in onboarding support staff and coordinating cross-departmental collaboration when needed.
Technical Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Bachelors degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in using productivity software, like Microsoft Office Suite and Google Productivity Apps.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong verbal, written, telephone and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver accurate work within established deadlines.

Pay: From Php55,000.00 per month
