About GT Rentals

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead GT Rentals growth in the car rental sector by acquiring new clients, expanding B2B partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, industry knowledge, and the drive to grow a high-potential business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in key markets such as corporate leasing, travel & tourism, airport transport, and logistics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, hotels, travel agencies, and local businesses.
• Create and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
• Negotiate rental and lease agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to develop promotions, service packages, and client onboarding processes.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Represent GT Rentals at industry events, expos, and meetings to increase brand visibility.
• Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, client activity, and revenue performance to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (experience in car rental, leasing, automotive, or travel industries preferred).
• Strong understanding of car rental operations and B2B sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and market development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
