Job Summary

• Supports in the conceptualization, planning, execution and evaluation of employee engagement activities.
• Organizes and manages committees who will carry out employee engagement activities.
• Spearheads in scouting and selection of suppliers and vendors to render services before, during, and after activities.
• Updates and monitors pertinent documents relative to employee engagement activities.

Minimum requirements

• Preferably Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or any other HR-related field
• Experience in Events management, hosting or any other related activities
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Good written and oral communication skills
