Job Summary
- Supports in the conceptualization, planning, execution and evaluation of employee engagement activities.
- Organizes and manages committees who will carry out employee engagement activities.
- Spearheads in scouting and selection of suppliers and vendors to render services before, during, and after activities.
- Updates and monitors pertinent documents relative to employee engagement activities.
Minimum requirements
- Preferably Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or any other HR-related field
- Experience in Events management, hosting or any other related activities
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Good written and oral communication skills
