Your Day-to-Day:

Handle gaming-related inquiries, technical support, and account management.

Provide accurate information about games, in-game purchases, and technical issues.

Process account updates, issue resolutions, and manage player feedback efficiently.

Troubleshoot and resolve gaming-related problems and escalate complex issues as needed.

Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support requests.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; background in Gaming, IT, or a related field is a plus.

No prior gaming experience necessary—we provide comprehensive training!

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for gaming and familiarity with popular games is a plus.

Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.

Ability to adapt to changing player needs and work well independently or as part of a team.
