Selling Supervisor will be assigned at Waltermart Muntinlupa and ParanaqueDuties & Responsibilities:

1. Customer service management

2. Category building:

• a. Accountable for category sales achievement
• b. Ensure 100% customer service level
• c. Ensures that WalterMart standards are implemented
• d. Safety and sanitation of the categorye.
• e. Ensures implementation of first to expire, first out (FEFO)
• f. Bad order management
• g. Timely and accurate execution of all promotion
• h. Ensures that shelf tags are updated

3. Ensures 100% inventory accuracy of category assignment

4.Supervise and monitor performance of sales support staff and merchandisers in the category.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree with business emphasis, Sales / Marketing / Administration.
• With atleast 1 years relevant work experience in store management and operations from retail and food establishments.
