Architect (Eve Group Inc.)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, versatile, and proactive Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in all phases of the project — from conceptual design and documentation, through construction project management, and into post-construction maintenance coordination. You will play a key role in delivering high quality architectural solutions that are functional, sustainable, and aligned with our clients goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Documentation

• Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed design proposals.

• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.

• Ensure designs are compliant with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and interior designers throughout the design process.

2. Construction Documentation & Tendering

• Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.

• Coordinate with suppliers and consultants to finalize material selections.

• Assist in reviewing bids and evaluating contractors during procurement.

3. Construction Project Management

• Oversee on-site construction progress and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work aligns with design intent and quality standards.

• Manage timelines, budgets, and ensure proper documentation of all project changes and developments.

4. Post-Construction & Maintenance

• Coordinate project turnover, punch listing, and close-out documentation.

• Assist clients in post-occupancy evaluations and ensure satisfaction with built projects.

• Work with the facilities or maintenance team to ensure upkeep of architectural elements and to troubleshoot design-related issues post-occupancy.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture (Masters degree or license preferred).

• 1+ years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, project phases, and post-construction processes.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Experience with site supervision and contractor coordination.
