Area Manager
Job description:
Responsible for supervising, training, and supporting the retail sales team.
Develop and maintain the schedule of the staff in all stores
Ensure that all staff are submitting their daily reports
Train and assist the staffs for customer service, store maintenance, product promotion, and sales strategy
Oversee the overall and/or day-to-day operations of Retail Stores.
Inventory Management
Maintain proper inventory level

Ensure stocking and stock count and Purchase Order (PO) of stocks
SALES
Ensure proper documentation of all sales reports
Seek, develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Provide weekly reports to track and evaluate sales performance.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth
Develop and implement promotional campaigns and sales incentives.
Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans.
Determine marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and sales record for better and effective sales and marketing.
Help your team to resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
Ensure that all stores remain clean and presentable at all times
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
With at least 3 years of experience as a retail store manager
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
A passion for sales and a results-driven mentality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
